Apple Hill - 1 Hour from Sacramento

Nestled in the Sierra Nevada Foothills just outside of Placerville, Apple Hill has become a beloved family tradition over the years. This is the perfect spot to get outside of the city and enjoy the cool fall weather. Pick up a batch of fresh apple donuts from a bakery, or take the family to a pumpkin patch or apple picking.

Amador County - 1 Hour from Sacramento

Amador County is an inviting road trip just an hour outside of Sacramento. Wine country in the Sierra Nevada Foothills is one of the best places to watch the rolling vineyards transform into autumn gold.
