We here at the Sacramento Railyards are more than excited to see The A.J. open its doors and welcome residents into this bustling new addition to our community. It’s named after A.J. Stevens, a master mechanic and “Father of Innovation,” who helped shape the Southern Pacific Railroad in the late 1800s. • A Honeywell T6 Pro Smart Thermostat: This thermostat is designed to give you complete control over your home's temperature from anywhere. Using their app, you can change and view temperatures from anywhere. You also have the ability to set a full 7-day schedule or just let the T6 do its thing and automatically respond in tune with the heating and cooling stages of your existing system. 
• Yale Smart Door Lock (Exact Model May Vary): This lock provides you the ease of key-free access with choices on how you want to unlock, whether through the keypad, voice assistant, Auto-Unlock, or the Yale Access App. You can also share the passcode or access with your app without having to come to your door all the time. They also provide an auto-lock feature, so you never have to wonder if you locked up before you left.
• Quartz Countertops: Each kitchen has gorgeous quartz countertops that actually have more benefits than just sitting pretty. First, they are hard, durable, and non-porous, so you don’t have to worry about any holes or cracks that might leech in any spills. Most also have a sealant or wax coating designed for easy wipe-downs in the case of spills.

In addition to having immediate access to the Railyard district, there are tons of spaces in and around The A.J. built for making memories with friends and family or just having a quiet moment to yourself.
