Sitting in the middle of the Transfer Yard—the Central Shops’ main plaza—the Transfer Table is designed to blur the line between indoor and outdoor and act as a beacon for all the small businesses facing the plaza. The Railyards’ original supplier of color, Paint Shop is, once again, the central source of entertainment vibrancy for this urban neighborhood. This nineteenth-century brick warehouse is being modernized as Sacramento’s newest colorful concert venue, ready to host the most exciting entertainment acts in the world.
